Key Responsibilities

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, finance, IT, and operations teams to understand data requirements, resolve data quality issues, and align data collection with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to automate data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation using scripting, ETL tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze large, multi‑source datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, presenting findings in clear, executive‑ready formats.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a consultative partner to senior leaders, providing data‑driven recommendations that shape product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data management, or related IT functions, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
