Position Overview

As a Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during the weekend shift. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling order entry, issue resolution, and a variety of service requests. You will work remotely, managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
