Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, handling, and documentation of freight, mail, and company property in accordance with scheduled ramp activities.
• Inspect freight and cargo for discrepancies, report any variances, and collaborate with the logistics team to resolve issues promptly.
• Safeguard all items—cargo, mail, and company assets—from weather, theft, damage, or loss by following strict handling protocols.
• Utilize jetway steps and other ground equipment to transport items from the terminal to aircraft compartments safely.
• Perform routine interior aircraft cleaning tasks, including upholstery, window, galley, and seat cleaning, as directed by operational guidelines.
• Maintain and operate ground support equipment such as belt loaders, push‑back tractors, lift trucks, and de‑icing vehicles when required.
• Document all completed tasks in arenaflex’s operational logs, ensuring that records are accurate, timely, and searchable.
