Event Manager

The Role We’re looking for an Event Manager to join our Event Team and support the planning and execution of both internal and external events. This role covers everything from team-focused experiences to international conferences, helping ensure events are well-organised, on time, and aligned with how we show up as a company.
What You Will Do
Support the planning and execution of internal events and international conferences Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple events Coordinate vendors, negotiate terms, and follow through on delivery Handle operational details (venues, travel, accommodation, equipment) Oversee event setup and support on-site execution Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep things on track Represent the company at external events when needed What We Are Looking For Previous experience in event management or event operations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working in fast-moving environments and adapting when needed Fluency in English Hiring Process HR Screening (30 min) COS Interview (1 hour) Case Task (1-2 hours) CEO Interview (30 min) 💼 Explore our hiring process.
