Position Overview

The Senior Data Analyst – Customer Experience role is a pivotal analytics position within arenaflex’s CX organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish reporting standards and best practices that ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all CX dashboards.
  • Architect and implement a robust reporting framework that consolidates data from multiple sources, enabling real‑time visibility into customer sentiment, journey bottlenecks, and opportunity areas.

  • Track the benefits of CX initiatives by stitching together data from CRM, e‑commerce, call‑center, and third‑party sources, quantifying ROI and impact on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other key performance indicators.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Perform rigorous data cleansing and validation to guarantee the integrity of analytical outputs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards (or comparable visualization platforms) for executive‑level reporting.
