Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations Leadership: Direct arenaflex’s global and domestic operational activities, aligning resources, processes, and technology with the company’s long‑term vision.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with approved financial policies and driving sustainable profitability.
  • Product & Service Delivery: Partner with product, engineering, and customer‑success teams to guarantee that PAYO solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Management: Build, mentor, and retain high‑performing teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all regulatory, legal, and risk‑management frameworks are adhered to, protecting arenaflex’s reputation and assets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team, and external partners, delivering clear, data‑driven updates on operational performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of multi‑year operational roadmaps, aligning them with market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast future scenarios, and guide strategic adjustments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior‑level operational leadership experience, preferably as a COO, VP of Operations, or similar role in a fast‑growing technology or SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing P&L responsibilities, developing multi‑year budgets, and delivering measurable financial results.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, HR technology, and compliance landscapes, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
