arenaflex is a purpose‑driven organization dedicated to strengthening families, empowering children, and fostering thriving communities. With a legacy of innovative service delivery and a commitment to social impact, arenaflex blends technology, compassion, and advocacy to create lasting change. Our mission‑centered approach means every employee, from entry‑level analysts to senior leaders, contributes directly to the well‑being of children and families across the nation. If you are looking for a role that blends meticulous data work with heartfelt service, you have arrived at the right place.

Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer

In today’s fast‑moving world, accurate logistics and data entry are the backbone of effective service delivery. As a Logistics Data Entry Analyst & Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will not only ensure that critical information flows seamlessly across our systems, but you will also become a trusted advocate for families navigating the complex pathways to permanency—whether through adoption, guardianship, reunification, or independent living after aging out of foster care. This hybrid remote position offers the flexibility you need while delivering the impact you crave.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Family Services, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between data management and direct family support. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will blend precise logistics data entry with proactive outreach, resource coordination, and advocacy. You will help families locate community resources, maintain their achievements, and transition to self‑sufficiency—all while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and maintain logistics and case‑related data in arenaflex’s secure database with 99.9% accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with caseworkers, social service partners, and community agencies to gather necessary documentation and updates for each family’s file.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for families seeking information about community resources, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
  • Advocate on behalf of families by connecting them with housing assistance, educational programs, employment services, healthcare providers, and other essential supports.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports that track service utilization, resource allocation, and outcome metrics for senior leadership.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and cross‑functional projects aimed at improving service delivery and data workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, and state child welfare statutes) when handling sensitive family information.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and resource coordination.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires or interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on‑site visits or community outreach (remote work is the primary mode).
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum of 60 words per minute with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry, database management, or logistics coordination—preferably in a social services or nonprofit setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, compassionate manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud‑based CRM or case management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and the mission of supporting children and families.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Prior experience working directly with children, families, or foster care systems.
  • Certification in data management, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar.
  • Knowledge of state and federal child welfare regulations.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack) and virtual project management platforms.
  • Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, to better serve diverse families.
  • Demonstrated track record of community outreach, resource mapping, or advocacy work.

Core Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, spot anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Empathy & Advocacy: Genuine compassion for families, coupled with the confidence to champion their needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating databases, generating reports, and troubleshooting data‑related issues.
  • Time Management: Skillful prioritization to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork orientation, thriving in a remote‑first culture while building relationships across departments.
  • Problem‑Solving: Resourceful approach to overcoming barriers that families may encounter.
