Key Responsibilities

• Define and track performance metrics: Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise‑wide scorecards that monitor the health of arenaflex’s transformation initiatives.
• Develop reporting and analytical models: Design dashboards, predictive models, and visualizations that enable data‑driven decision‑making for senior leadership and operational teams.
