Marketing Manager
What This Role Is About We’re looking for a Project Manager who actually gets things done. You’ll keep projects organized, timelines moving, and people aligned — without micromanaging or overcomplicating things. If you like turning chaos into clear plans, communicating with different teams, and seeing projects go live because of your work, this role’s for you. What You’ll Be Doing Own projects from kickoff to launch (and beyond) Break big goals into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps Keep teams aligned and accountable across different time zones Track progress, spot risks early, and fix issues before they blow up Be the main go-to person for clients and internal teams Run check-ins, status updates, and wrap-up reviews Keep project docs clean, updated, and easy to follow What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience managing projects (tech, ops, marketing, or similar) Comfortable using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar Clear communicator — you know how to explain things without overcomplicating Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple projects Works well independently in a remote setup Strong problem-solver who doesn’t freeze when plans change PMP or similar cert is a bonus, not a must You’ll Probably Love This Role If You… Like structure but don’t need micromanagement Enjoy working with different teams and clients Can balance speed and quality Are proactive and speak up when something needs fixing Want real ownership and impact, not just task-checking Why You’ll Like Working Here Fully remote setup Real ownership over projects (no busywork) Fast-paced but supportive environment Clear expectations and room to grow Apply To This Job
