About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, people-first Bilingual HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and everything in between. You'll be the go-to person for HR support, keeping our processes organized, our team informed, and our workplace culture healthy. If you're detail-oriented, approachable, and know your way around HR best practices, this role is for you. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the team Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and keep all parties updated throughout the hiring process Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive, inclusive work environment Monitor employee satisfaction and support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and retention HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases and systems Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, memos, and performance evaluations Performance & Development Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives Track training programs and help identify learning and growth needs across the team Support HR projects such as policy development and employee engagement programs Candidates Qualification Must-Haves 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR or similar people operations role, with working knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques—including strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish—written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems Must be based in Ecuador Good to Haves Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces Apply To This Job
