Salesforce Operations Analyst

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Salesforce Operations Analyst About Us: Koronet is the leading software company for vertical software, B2B e-commerce, and payment solutions within the floriculture industry. Our solutions include multiple ERP SaaS offerings and an e-commerce platform that enables end-to-end transactions across the B2B supply chain. Our mission is to become the most widely used system for the global floriculture supply chain. The company is backed by Radian Capital, a New York City-based equity fund with over $1 billion in assets under management.

About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team to drive efficiency across our go-to-market systems. While Salesforce is the foundation of this role, the scope extends well beyond CRM administration — you will also own HubSpot as a platform, manage the integration between both systems, and drive the lead management strategy that powers our Sales team's pipeline across the Americas and Europe. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in CRM and marketing automation platforms with a data-driven mindset, comfort with AI-powered reporting tools, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, automated solutions.

What You Will Do

CRM & Platform Administration Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine administrative tasks. Administer HubSpot as a secondary platform, owning its configuration, integrations, and data health. Manage the bidirectional integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring reliable data flow and sync integrity across both systems. Manage Salesforce integrations with ERP systems and other third-party applications. Provide both technical and analytical support for strategic system initiatives and projects. Lead Management & Marketing Operations Own the end-to-end lead management process: from lead capture in HubSpot through MQL qualification and handoff to Sales in Salesforce. Design, maintain, and iterate on lead scoring models in HubSpot to ensure accurate MQL identification and prioritization. Partner with Sales and Marketing to define and enforce lead lifecycle stages, conversion criteria, and SLA standards. Monitor and report on funnel performance — lead volume, conversion rates, MQL-to-opportunity velocity — and surface actionable insights to stakeholders. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and data visualizations in Salesforce and through AI-powered reporting tools to provide actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, validation, and cleaning across all platforms. Analyze organizational data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps across the revenue funnel. Process Optimization Develop and document processes that hold the commercial team to accountable standards for activity reporting and pipeline hygiene. Work with commercial, finance, and operations teams to improve data quality, automate key workflows, and reduce manual effort. Document all platform configurations, process changes, and system modifications. User Support & Training Provide responsive end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce and HubSpot across teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. What do we expect from you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst. Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and HubSpot-Salesforce integration. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with CRM platforms. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Comfort working with AI-powered tools for reporting, automation, and workflow optimization. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. What We Offer 100% remote position with flexible working hours. Direct mentorship and space to grow into a platform or product expert. English classes and continuous learning support. A collaborative and transparent environment where your ideas matter. Competitive salary based on experience. Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Why Join Koronet Global and Remote-First: Work with a diverse team across the Americas and Europe, with flexibility to work from anywhere. Ownership Culture: We foster an environment where each team member takes ownership and is empowered to contribute to the company's success. Growth & Development: We support continuous professional growth and offer financial assistance for technical certifications and other learning opportunities. Compensation: Competitive salary and an indefinite contract, with salary negotiable based on experience. If you're passionate about making an impact and growing with a dynamic, remote-first company, we want to hear from you! Apply To This Job
