As a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry, you will become an essential part of arenaflex’s equity administration team. You’ll support the accurate processing of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans, ensuring that our employees worldwide receive the compensation they’ve earned, on time and without error. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock purchase plans (SPPs).
• Process the issuance and settlement of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
• Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as needed, including data migration, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with multiple equity plan instruments such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
