  • Perform meticulous quality checks on source documents, identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before data is entered.
  • Enter data into designated databases, CRM systems, or cloud‑based platforms with a focus on speed and 99.9% accuracy.
  • Update existing records, ensuring that changes are logged, version‑controlled, and compliant with internal data‑governance policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve digital filing systems, enabling rapid retrieval and audit‑ready documentation.

Essential Qualifications
