Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic Analytics & Insights team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following credentials and experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Programming Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with data querying languages (preferably SQL), programming languages (such as Python), or statistical/numerical programming tools (including R, SAS, MATLAB, or similar platforms).
  • Machine Learning Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques, including proficiency with tools and methodologies that optimize model performance.
  • Applied Modeling Skills: Demonstrated experience applying theoretical models in real-world applied environments, with the ability to translate academic concepts into business solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical thinking with the capability to source, clean, analyze, refine, model, present, automate, and archive business data pipelines effectively.
