Key Responsibilities

As a Medicare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the frontline support for our Medicare members, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need with compassion and expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Educate Medicare plan members about their benefits, coverage options, and available resources through incoming telephone contacts
  • Answer complex questions regarding claims, coverage, eligibility, and plan details with accuracy and clarity
  • Resolve member issues efficiently by researching information, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing solutions
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all member interactions using our standardized documentation systems
  • Provide empathetic, member-centric service that exceeds expectations and builds trust
  • Ensure every member interaction demonstrates respect, kindness, and thorough attention to their needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve member experiences and contribute to continuous enhancement of our service quality

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic computer literacy, typing proficiency, and familiarity with telephony systems

Competitive Pay Structure

  • Base salary range: $17.00 - $27.16 per hour
  • Exact compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location
  • Regular performance-based opportunities for advancement and salary increases

Significant Financial Incentives

  • Immediate $1,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of training and qualification period
  • Additional $2,000 retention bonus paid 180 days after your start date
  • Please note: Bonuses are not applicable to current internal employees of arenaflex and are only available for specific positions, locations, and business groups as indicated in this posting
