Key Responsibilities

  • Buyer & Offer Evaluation: Conduct thorough due‑diligence on prospective buyers, assess offer structures, and recommend the most advantageous terms for the organization.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead high‑value negotiations, crafting win‑win sale terms, managing contingencies, and safeguarding arenaflex’s interests throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams—including finance, legal, marketing, and operations—as well as external stakeholders such as brokers, title companies, and regulatory bodies to ensure a smooth, compliant disposition process.
  • Transaction Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all transaction data, contracts, and supporting documents, guaranteeing audit‑ready compliance and transparent reporting.
