Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

The Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) is a pivotal remote position that keeps our digital infrastructure accurate, organized, and compliant. In this role, you will be the guardian of client records, ensuring that every interaction, status update, and service request is captured precisely in our suite of internal systems. Your meticulous attention to detail will enable program staff to deliver timely assistance, track outcomes, and report impact to funders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Enter and continuously update client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time progress through the production pipeline.
  • Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and record communications in the arenaflex platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they arrive.
  • Adhere to program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program policies, agency standards, and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with program staff to support, enhance, and promote clear communication and consistency in service delivery.

  • Remain available for remote work, attending virtual meetings, responding to calls and emails, and completing regular duties on schedule.
