• Offer responses and support/advice to the Foundation's establishments for which you are the HR and social law representative in matters of: - disciplinary procedures and inaptitude procedures in conjunction with establishment directors - application of legal and contractual regulations - management of the CSE and responses to individual and collective complaints
• GEPP: Manage the administration of the personnel of the executives (remuneration, promise of employment, employment contracts, etc.) and assist the establishments in the management of the life of the employment contracts of executives and non-executives (trial period, remuneration, notice period, etc.)
• Write HR information notes, internal procedures, and models of documents on various themes (current HR topics, operational application of the regulation and participation in the creation of tools Management of jobs and professional paths
• Ensure legal vigilance in social law
• Participate in HR projects such as gender equality, quality of work life, career planning, management of professional relationships...

Profile

• Graduated with a Bac+5 (specialized Master's in social law / labor law). A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience is required as well as knowledge of the health, medico-social sector and the CCN51.
• You master computer tools.
• You master oral expression and you have good writing, synthesis and analytical skills.
• You are diplomatic, have a team spirit, you are autonomous, organized, rigorous, voluntary and you have a good capacity for adaptation and analysis and you are a force of proposals.
• You show discretion and loyalty.

• Salary according to the CCN51 (between 35 and 42K€ according to experience)
