  • Data Validation: Perform meticulous reviews to verify completeness, correctness, and consistency of data; flag and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Formatting & Standardization: Apply established naming conventions, date formats, and categorization rules to ensure uniformity across all data sets.
  • Data Retrieval: Locate and extract information from electronic or physical sources as requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Data Cleaning: Identify duplicate entries, missing fields, and erroneous values; execute corrective actions to maintain a pristine data environment.
  • Productivity & Efficiency: Meet or exceed daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining a high accuracy rate (minimum 99%).
  • Documentation: Record procedural steps, exceptions, and workflow improvements in internal knowledge bases.

Essential Qualifications
