Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry & Training Coordination Specialist to join our Aviation Training Services division. In this hybrid role, you will combine precise data‑entry responsibilities with the coordination of instructor‑led training events for our Certified Airline Pilot (CAP) programs. You will act as a critical liaison between pilots, instructors, curriculum managers, and operations teams, ensuring that every training session runs smoothly, data is accurately captured, and compliance standards are met.

This full‑time, remote position offers a competitive annual salary of $75,000, generous benefits, and a flexible work schedule that accommodates weekend and holiday assignments when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurately input, validate, and maintain pilot training records, flight hours, certification details, and compliance metrics using arenaflex’s proprietary Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Curriculum Coordination: Work closely with the arenaflex Captain Leadership Path (CLP) team to schedule monthly training sessions, update instructor calendars, and manage participant rosters.
  • Logistics Support: Arrange virtual classroom resources (PowerPoint decks, digital manuals, whiteboards, handouts) and ensure all technical assets are ready for each session.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for pilots, instructors, curriculum developers, and analytics managers, fostering strong relationships and timely information flow.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor adherence to 14 CFR Part 121 regulations, generate monthly compliance reports, and assist auditors with data retrieval.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect post‑training feedback from participants, synthesize insights, and recommend improvements to curriculum and delivery methods.
  • Travel Coordination (as needed): Organize on‑site training logistics for non‑Atlanta locations, including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals for instructors and eligible dependents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, propose automation opportunities, and collaborate with IT to enhance data‑entry workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2,000 flight hours as Pilot in Command on a multi‑engine aircraft, with a current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
  • At least two years of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support within an aviation or highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety and data integrity above all else.
  • Proficiency with Apple iPad, Microsoft PowerPoint, and common LMS platforms; ability to quickly learn arenaflex’s proprietary software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead interactive discussions and briefings.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site training events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a flight instructor or involvement in pilot training programs.
  • Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 121 regulations and airline operational standards.
