About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to support arenaflex’s digital media and marketing initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of data management, client communication, and multi‑channel campaign execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to translate complex data sets into actionable insights, ensuring that our media strategies are data‑driven, efficient, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DCM, DFP, and proprietary media planning tools).
  • Collaborate with senior media planners to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns for arenaflex’s top‑tier clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client‑facing communications related to campaign setup, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings in clear, concise reports.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign configurations, changes, and performance metrics to support auditability and compliance.
  • Assist in the creation of audience segmentation strategies, media mix models, and creative briefs that align with client objectives.
  • Support the development of automated workflows and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in regular client meetings, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any discipline). A focus on marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital media planning, advertising, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncover new media opportunities that drive incremental revenue for clients.
  • Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end media planning process—from strategy and budgeting to execution and measurement.
  • Proficiency with media planning platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360), DoubleClick, or comparable ad‑serving solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
