Why This Role Matters
Data entry is the backbone of our analytics engine. Every claim, enrollment record, and service detail you input becomes a critical component of the larger picture that helps clinicians make informed decisions, insurers assess risk, and patients receive the care they deserve. In this role, you will be directly contributing to the efficiency, compliance, and quality of healthcare delivery across the nation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Capture: Enter high‑volume healthcare data—including claims, patient demographics, and service codes—into arenaflex’s proprietary systems with a focus on precision and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain a data integrity rate of 99.5% or higher.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all data entry activities comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy regulations, safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaboration with Finance & FP&A Teams: Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing clean data for SG&A and FTE reporting, month‑end close processes, and AP/AR reconciliation.
- System Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Excel, Hyperion, Prophet, and Ariba to validate data, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the data entry process, propose automation opportunities, and work with IT to implement enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Interact with senior management and executive leadership to provide status updates, address data‑related inquiries, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Remote Work Discipline: Manage your own schedule, meet daily and weekly productivity targets, and maintain a professional home office environment.
