Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth and building a robust sales pipeline. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and Developing Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, assess fit, and convert interest into qualified business opportunities through timely, value-driven conversations.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce arenaflex solutions and build a steady stream of new opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads within the timelines outlined in our service-level agreements, ensuring no opportunity is left behind.
  • Revenue Generation Through Cold Outreach: Engage existing arenaflex clients to expand relationships, while also breaking into net-new accounts within your assigned territory and market segment.
  • Identifying Key Decision-Makers: Research and map organizational structures to identify and connect with the right stakeholders, from managers to C-suite executives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine targeting strategies, develop compelling outreach messaging, and coordinate account-based approaches.
  • Scheduling Discovery Calls and Demos: Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Meeting Monthly KPIs and Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline-generation targets that contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Work alongside sales and marketing leadership to provide feedback on campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and market trends.
  • CRM and Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, opportunities, and outcomes using Salesforce and Outreach (or similar tools).
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute a balanced mix of calls, emails, social outreach, and personalized touches to maximize engagement with every prospect in your territory.

What We Are Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar sales engagement platforms), and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required. We will provide training and support to help you succeed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds (e.g., for occasional office supply handling).
