Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (minimum). A college degree or some college coursework is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a large call‑center or remote chat environment.

  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English (CEF B2 level or higher).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection meeting the following minimum specifications:
