Role Overview – Entry‑Level Remote Data Analyst (Part‑Time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join our Customer Support Analytics team on a part‑time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the steward of global customer support dashboards and reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, and sustain global customer support dashboards in BI tools such as Scene, Power BI, and Tableau, ensuring they reflect real‑time metrics for internal teams and vendor partners.
• Data Migration & Integration: Partner with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate legacy dashboards into modern data visualization platforms, guaranteeing seamless data flow and consistency.
• Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems, product logs) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer support performance.
• Vendor Support & Issue Triage: Provide Level‑1 assistance to vendor partners on data queries, collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve data quality concerns, and document resolutions for future reference.
