Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Regional Sales & Clinical Operations Leader to join arenaflex’s remote team. In this pivotal role, you will own the strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution of both sales and clinical activities across a designated geographic region. You will partner closely with a Region Clinical Manager, guide a high‑performing team of sales professionals and clinical consultants, and champion a culture of trust, honor, and integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan that aligns with arenaflex’s annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the Region Clinical Manager to shape the performance and development of the clinical consultant team.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and retain top‑tier sales and clinical talent, fostering a high‑performance culture through continuous coaching and performance management.
  • Drive new account acquisition while deepening penetration within existing customer bases, leveraging data‑driven insights to uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between regional sales/clinical teams and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication of market needs, product feedback, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead high‑stakes negotiations with large hospital systems, health networks, and key opinion leaders, securing contracts that deliver sustainable revenue streams.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product development, marketing, regulatory affairs, and customer support to align regional initiatives with global objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in medical device sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or regional management capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in highly regulated healthcare markets.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, device implantation procedures, and post‑operative care pathways.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales and clinical teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence senior executives, clinicians, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to market analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 % of the time within the assigned region (travel expenses reimbursed).
