[Hiring] Client Care Coordinator @Furry Fellas Pet Service

Role Description Furry Fellas is currently looking for a Part Time Work from Home Client Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate is able to excel in a busy, fast-paced remote office setting and has a quiet space to work without distractions.

• Shifts would vary by the week, with the schedule going out a month at a time for planning.
• Flexible to work day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend.
• Hours range from 9-1pm/9-2pm, 1:30-6pm/2:30-6pm, and 6-9pm/7-9pm.
• Every other weekend required (Saturday/Sunday).
• Occasional holiday check-ins required, with flexibility to monitor for client and staff emergencies.
• Opportunity for growth into full-time and advancement in the company for the right individual.
• Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage.
• Answering clients & staff questions via email & phone.
• Keeping client management system and cloud drive documents up to date at all times.
• Sending invoices.
• Entering credit/debit/PayPal payments.
• Keeping inbox up to date.
• Maintaining organization, detail, and up-to-date information at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely reliable.
• Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and possess strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
• Ability to pick up things quickly.
• Cellphone (Android or iPhone).
• Up-to-date laptop & high-speed internet.
• A quiet place in your home where you can work without disruptions (home office).
• Prior experience working in a busy office setting/receptionist/admin assistant/pet reservation coordinator.
• Veterinary Receptionists and Pet Reservation Specialists are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Work from home opportunity; all aspects of the job are carried out from home including training via computer, internet, and cell phone.

Benefits

• Compensation of $16+ per hour based on experience, flexibility, and testing results.
• Training rate is $15/hour; rate increases gradually according to capabilities/performance once able to work independently.
