We are seeking a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry Assistant to support arenaflex’s core data operations.   • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input new candidate profiles, employer listings, and job postings into arenaflex’s proprietary database systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of entered data to verify completeness, correct formatting, and adherence to internal standards.
  • Data Validation & Cleansing: Perform routine validation checks, identify duplicate or erroneous records, and execute corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed logs of daily data entry activities, flag recurring issues, and generate concise reports for supervisory review.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Follow arenaflex’s data security protocols, ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled in strict confidence.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with remote team members, including recruiters, analysts, and IT support, to resolve data discrepancies and streamline workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
