Position Overview

The Remote Customer Experience Concierge (also known as the Part Administration Proficient – MSP) is the face of arenaflex for our most valued card members. Working from the comfort of your home, you will deliver world‑class support to members as they arrive at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand promise of excellence, empathy, and efficiency. This role blends hospitality, travel expertise, and problem‑solving skills to turn routine inquiries into lasting loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Impression Management: Greet and welcome card members as they enter the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, creating an immediate sense of belonging and exclusivity.
  • End‑to‑End Service Ownership: Take full responsibility for each member’s journey—from initial contact through resolution—ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.
  • Issue Resolution & Innovation: Identify creative solutions to complex member concerns, turning challenges into opportunities to deepen trust.
  • Client‑First Mindset: Apply arenaflex’s “Client First” philosophy to anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Travel & Lifestyle Advisory: Provide expert travel guidance, reservation assistance, and lifestyle recommendations that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with food and beverage partners, concierge services, and internal specialists to fulfill member requests promptly.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple technology platforms—including CRM, reservation systems, and communication tools—to capture accurate member data and streamline service delivery.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match the operating hours of the lounge and member travel patterns.
  • Physical Assistance (When Required): Perform light lifting and occasional on‑site support for special events or equipment handling.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any discipline).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience serving premium or high‑value clientele.
  • Demonstrated background in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry—particularly in reservation or concierge roles—is highly desirable.
