Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Customer Service & Freight Operations team as Part‑Time Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our baggage and cargo handling processes, ensuring that every piece of luggage, mail, and freight arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.   • Operate ground support equipment—including tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors—ensuring smooth movement of aircraft on the ramp.
  • Consistently load and secure items onto trucks, verifying that each shipment reaches its intended destination without incident.
  • Utilize scanners and computer systems to accurately track and route baggage and cargo to the correct flight or destination.

Essential Qualifications
