Role Overview – Remote Customer Experience Concierge (Chat Professional)

The Remote Customer Experience Concierge is a pivotal member of arenaflex’s premium support team. Operating from the arenaflex Centurion Lounge at George Bush International Airport (IAH) and via our secure remote chat channels, you will deliver personalized, high‑touch assistance to our most valued card members. This role blends in‑person hospitality with digital expertise, ensuring that every interaction—whether a quick travel query or a complex lifestyle request—exceeds expectations and deepens member loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Welcome & Access Management: Greet and escort card members as they arrive at the arenaflex lounge, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience and immediate access to lounge amenities.
  • End‑to‑End Journey Ownership: Own the member experience from the moment they step into the lounge until they depart, proactively anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
  • Problem‑Solving & Issue Resolution: Apply creative thinking to resolve member concerns, turning challenges into opportunities to reinforce trust and brand loyalty.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Leverage the “Member First” mindset to suggest travel, dining, and lifestyle services that align with each member’s preferences and goals.
  • Travel Advisory Services: Provide real‑time flight information, reservation assistance, and travel‑related guidance, collaborating with airline partners and ground‑service teams.
  • Collaboration with Food & Beverage Partners: Coordinate with lounge catering providers to fulfill special dietary requests and ensure a premium culinary experience.
  • Digital Support via Chat: Deliver high‑quality, empathetic assistance through arenaflex’s secure chat platform, handling multiple concurrent conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate arenaflex’s suite of internal tools, CRM systems, and mobile applications to retrieve member data, process requests, and document interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights and feedback to refine service processes, share best practices, and support the evolution of arenaflex’s member experience strategy.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Work adaptable shifts—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to meet the dynamic needs of our global member base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering premium service to high‑value clients, preferably in hospitality, travel, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑stakes interactions simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a polished, courteous, and confident demeanor.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude, capable of turning complex issues into positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms, CRM software, and chat tools; comfort with learning new technology quickly.
