Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Provide clear explanations of pharmacy benefit plans, drug coverage, and mail‑order processes.
  • Assist members in locating in‑network pharmacies and understanding formulary tiers.
  • Identify and resolve medication‑related issues, including prior authorizations and eligibility concerns.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as Pharmacy Operations, Claims, and Quality Assurance—to expedite member resolutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, mentorship programs, and performance‑feedback loops to continuously improve service quality.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying current on plan updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

Work Schedule & Location

  • Shift coverage from 6 am to 11 pm local time, seven days a week, to accommodate member needs.
