PPC Specialist – Multi-Location Lead GenerationAbout the Role Blue Haven Pools is bringing paid media in-house to build a scalable, high-performance lead generation engine across 63+ markets, with aggressive plans for expansion. We are seeking a PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns focused on generating qualified homeowner leads across multiple local markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local lead generation, and knows how to turn paid media into measurable business growth. You will work directly within the marketing team to improve campaign efficiency, increase lead quality, and support franchise growth initiatives through strategic paid acquisition efforts across Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong platform expertise with a performance-driven mindset. What You’ll OwnPaid Media Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
  • Manage and support TikTok Ads campaigns focused on awareness, retargeting, and lead generation
  • Support Local Services Ads (LSA) optimization and local targeting strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding optimization, and creative testing
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance daily across multiple markets
  • Build and maintain scalable account structures for franchise locations Lead Generation Optimization
  • Optimize campaigns toward qualified leads and booked opportunities
  • Improve cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Identify opportunities to reduce wasted spend and improve conversion efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page and funnel performance
  • Assist with A/B testing for ad copy, creative, video assets, and landing pages Multi-Location Marketing Support
  • Help manage campaigns across 70+ franchise markets
  • Support geo-targeting, local messaging, and market-specific optimization
  • Allocate budgets based on performance and seasonality
  • Identify performance trends and opportunities across locations Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report campaign performance using Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot
  • Assist in building dashboards and performance reporting
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion trends, and funnel performance
  • Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations What You BringExperience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on PPC or paid media experience
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Experience with YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads preferred
  • Experience with local service or multi-location marketing preferred
  • Experience in home services, real estate, construction, or high-ticket services is a plus Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and bidding strategies
  • Familiarity with YouTube campaign optimization and short-form video advertising
  • Experience with keyword intent, audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking
  • Experience working with CRM integrations and attribution reporting preferred
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools Mindset
