The Product Solutions Engineer position sits at the intersection of technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer advocacy. You will partner with internal product, engineering, and design teams to resolve complex issues, improve product reliability, and shape the next generation of arenaflex services. Your work directly influences the satisfaction of advertisers and partners who rely on arenaflex Search, arenaflex Video, arenaflex Shopping, arenaflex Ads Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Apps to reach their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client support to advertisers and business teams, handling high‑impact incidents across arenaflex advertising products.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical bugs using a blend of programming, data analysis, and system‑level troubleshooting tools such as Chrome DevTools.
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product, engineering, and design—to design automation workflows that detect and prevent product anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline issue triage, root‑cause analysis, and knowledge‑base documentation.
  • Participate in release engineering activities, supporting product rollouts, updates, and migrations in coordination with design and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to AI‑driven initiatives by interpreting machine‑learning model outputs and communicating insights to internal and external customers.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the gTech Tech Community.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on coding experience with at least one widely used programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
  • Strong foundation in data querying using SQL‑like languages and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large‑scale backend systems (e.g., servers, caches) and mobile application frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues using developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, logging frameworks).
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with API design, data structures, and algorithms, especially in the context of AI/ML pipelines.
  • Background working with arenaflex advertising products or similar ad‑tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with backend concepts such as caching layers, distributed systems, and micro‑service architectures.
  • Knowledge of machine‑learning model interpretation and the ability to explain model behavior to stakeholders.
  • Prior involvement in cross‑functional projects that required coordination between product, engineering, and design teams.
