Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote IT Business Analyst to join arenaflex’s IT Offices Group. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our airport communication spaces, server farms, and remote data centers operate flawlessly. You will be responsible for data entry, infrastructure oversight, project coordination, and vendor management—all while working from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for all IT asset inventories, configuration records, and change‑control logs.
• Provide expert-level IT administration for on‑site and remote communication rooms, including server farm infrastructure, certification labs, and remote data center environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support hardware installation, upgrades, and break‑fix activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
