[Remote] Senior SDR (Legal Services)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avantia Law, recently rebranded as Carta Law, is a leading global law firm specializing in transforming legal services. They are seeking a high performing Senior Sales Development Representative to support the US Sales Director in generating leads and expanding their client base, with responsibilities including prospecting, maintaining sales records, and collaborating on sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting through online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as cold calling to introduce our services to potential clients and set up meetings for the Sales Director
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Sales Directors and other SDRs to develop and implement effective prospect target lists
- Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role
- An understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our legal services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including the C-suite, Sales Directors and lead lawyers
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving start-up
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
