[Remote] Field Sales Representative (Windsor)

The Field Sales Representative will develop professional relationships with customers, optimize sales, and ensure visibility in retailers while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implement and monitor promotional activities
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation
- Report on activities
Skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
- Perseverance and attention to details
- University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years), preferably business administration/commerce
- Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
- The successful candidate must live near Windsor
- A passion for the CPG industry, with an eagerness to represent and sell iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Cadbury
- A strong understanding of retail dynamics and a drive to deliver results through effective in-store execution and customer engagement
