Administrative Sales Assistant

Mutual of America Financial Group is dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial security through various services. They are seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to prepare proposals, organize events, and assist the sales team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, annual plan review documents, and final presentations
  • Organizing networking events
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel
  • Handle all incoming office invoices
  • Ad hoc client requests
  • Ordering office materials
  • Assist Regional Vice President with any other additional requests

Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • 0-3 years of office management experience, preferably supporting a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree
  • An interest in supporting a sales team and growing a career within sales
