Call Center Bank Specialist

This role involves serving as a professional representative through various customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a professional representative of NHMB affiliates, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Walpole, through all customer interactions, including telephone, email and online chat
- Responsible for identifying customer needs, clarifying information, answering questions and processing requests
- Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support to customers by placing appropriate emphasis on first call resolution and speed of response
Skills
- 1 to 3 years related banking and customer service support experience
- Ability to communicate professionally using various communication channels including telephone, email and online chat
- Ability to listen, receive and understand messages conveyed by others and to speak clearly and succinctly
- Must be service focused and demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging interpersonal situations
- Ability to learn quickly and apply an analytical thought process for problem solving
- Exceptional communication skills
- Requires strong personal computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong attention to detail in spelling, grammar and email etiquette
