Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Kekst CNC is part of Publicis Groupe, and they are seeking a Junior Designer to join their Performance team. The role involves producing digital assets for various media formats while collaborating with art directors and strategists to ensure creative effectiveness and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital ad creative across display, social, and paid media — banners, carousels, and stories — with speed and accuracy
  • Adapt existing campaign creative into multiple formats, sizes, and specs while maintaining brand consistency and creative intent
  • Manage revisions and versioning efficiently, keeping assets organized and production pipelines on schedule
  • Build and update client-facing presentations in Google Slides, translating creative work into clear, polished decks
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to align on deliverables and timelines
  • Work alongside a copywriter to concept deliverables and complete workflows. Actively explore and integrate AI tools into your creative workflow — contributing to how we work smarter and stay ahead

Skills

  • A system thinker who has a genuine passion for AI-powered creative tools — whether that's generative image, copy assist, or workflow automation — and the drive to help shape how we use them
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop and Illustrator — is required
  • Google Slides fluency is a must
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience, agency or in-house or ad tech
  • A portfolio demonstrating digital-first work — production chops matter as much as ideation here
  • Strong understanding of digital ad specs and platform requirements across Meta, Google, and programmatic
  • Knowledge of motion design and experience with After Effects is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Figma is a plus
