Customer Service Loan Specialist
LendNation is a leading customer-focused provider of financial solutions seeking Remote customer service professionals for the role of Customer Service Loan Specialist. This position involves securing, verifying, and analyzing customer loan application information to provide quality consumer loan services, emphasizing loan origination.
Responsibilities
- Secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as set forth in product guidelines
- Provide quality consumer loan services
- Direct phone contact with customers who are applying for consumer loans via our company website
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to type 35+ wpm
- Some college preferred
- Prior loan processing/verifying/collecting helpful but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
