[Remote] Private Client Producer

As a Private Client Producer, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the client base while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide customized solutions
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring they receive the best service and support
  • Develop strategies to grow our client base and retain long-term relationships
  • Mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to help them succeed
  • Contribute to reducing risks and protecting what matters most to our clients

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
  • Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
  • High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms
  • A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities
  • Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
