Commercial Financial Analyst
dormakaba is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst to join their North America Finance team. The role involves supporting commercial activities including sales budget and forecasting, pricing strategy, and partnering with leadership to develop financial plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all monthly Commercial Finance reporting requirements, including variance analysis to budget/forecast, and messaging to North America leadership team
- Coordinate reporting and forecasting rhythms in cooperation with Finance leadership
- Support annual budget and planning processes for all the functional Commercial budgets. Ensure adherence to Group timelines and requirements
- Partner with the Commercial senior leadership to develop realistic financial plans and measure performance on a monthly basis against budgets
- Prepare business cases to support new investments and/or strategic initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar analytical discipline
- Relevant work experience or past Finance, Accounting or FP&A internship
- Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Exposure to OneStream and SAP (or similar ERP system)
- Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) reporting
- Participation in a financial leadership development program, rotational program, or campus finance organization
- Manufacturing or multinational environment exposure
