Role Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Interpreter fluent in Karen and English for a 100% remote, part-time position. The role involves providing accurate and timely interpretation, enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include performing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, ensuring proper use of medical terminology, and facilitating clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings.

Qualifications

• Experience:

Minimum 6+ months of professional interpretation experience (this is a must)

• Specialization:

Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors (Please include your Experience in your English Resume)

• Flexibility:

Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.

• Professionalism:

High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills. Technical Requirements:

• Professional , HIPAA compliant Setup
• Wired USD headset with noise cancellation
• At least 10Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
