Since 2018, we’ve completed over 500 transactions and generated millions in real estate volume. Our model relies entirely on PPC and inbound marketing—no cold calling, no cold texting. We’re building a team of elite closers who can convert motivated, warm leads into signed contracts consistently and efficiently. Position Overview This is a full-time, fully remote Acquisition Closer position. You will work directly with inbound seller leads, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with motivated homeowners. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking results-driven professionals motivated by financial growth and committed to building a long-term career in real estate. Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound seller leads
• Present competitive offers and negotiate contracts
• Follow up consistently until agreements are secured
• Build rapport and identify seller motivation
• Conduct phone-based appointments and manage communication
• Maintain accurate lead updates in Podio CRM daily
• Collaborate with disposition and transaction teams to ensure smooth closings

What We’re Looking For We are hiring high-level closers who know how to move deals forward and finish strong. At Fast Home Cash Offers, we want competitive, coachable professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or flipping preferred
• Former athletes and veterans encouraged to apply
• 1–2 years of phone sales or high-ticket closing experience required
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
• Self-motivated and receptive to coaching
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Podio experience preferred
• Professional, accountable, and reliable
• Able to perform in a high-pressure sales environment

Compensation

First 90 Days: $3,000/month Draw + Commission

• $3,000 monthly draw against future commissions
• 15% commission on closed deal revenue

After 90 Days: Commission Only

• 15% of closed deal revenue
• Expected monthly earnings: $10,500 – $22,500+ based on performance
