FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGER – HR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager (FPM)to support a large-scale HR Transformation Program. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of multiple HR functional workstreams while ensuring alignment across the broader transformation landscape. This role requires a strong background in enterprise HR transformation initiatives, with proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactorsand SAP HCMis essential.
