Now we're looking for a Motion Designer to join our R&D product within the Promova ecosystem. We build a lifestyle product in a white niche — one that helps people become better versions of themselves: healthier habits, stronger routines, real results. Our Traction Launched in April 2026. ️Reached positive unit economics within 25 days. One of the fastest-growing R&D ventures in the Promova ecosystem. Next milestone: 10× growth in 2026, with a target of $1M in monthly ad spend by August 2026. Who We're Looking For We've already cracked statics. Now we're going after video — and we need the person who'll make it happen. This isn't a 'make it pretty' role. We're not looking for someone to execute briefs — we're looking for someone who co-owns the result. Motion design is not a support function here — it's a growth driver. AI-first environment: AI is at the core of how we create. You won't just use AI tools - you'll help define and scale AI-driven creative workflows, from ideation and video production to generating variations, testing hooks, and multiplying winning concepts. Format: Full-time freelance engagement with a real chance to go full-time in-house. Your Areas Of Impact Produce 10+ video creatives daily for Meta, including iterations, hooks, and format tests. Independently source footage, stock, and references. Edit and handle post-production using the video tools of your choice. Create variations of top-performing creatives with new hooks, different opening seconds, and fresh angles. Track the performance of your creatives and suggest design-led improvements. Research and test new AI tools to work faster and smarter. Build production automations to make the workflow more efficient. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience as a Motion Designer. Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or any tool that gets the job done. Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar. Strong understanding of what makes a Meta ad creative work — formats, technical specs, and the creative logic behind what converts. You think in variations, not single solutions.
