Computer Software/Integration Analyst
Job Title: Computer Software/Integration Analyst Location: Remote Summary: We are seeking a Computer Software/Integration Analyst to support a large-scale Enterprise Architecture modernization and transformation initiative for a DOD customer. The role will support enterprise architecture repository integration, API-based data exchange, application architecture, lifecycle support, software testing, configuration management, and repeatable data refresh processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working across enterprise architecture tools, COTS platforms, ServiceNow, SAP interfaces, data integration, and Government IT environments. Responsibilities:
- Implement computer systems through requirements analysis, conceptual design, site surveys, system design reviews, critical design reviews, installation, integration, and testing
- Perform requirements analysis for a wide range of users in areas of office automation, enterprise systems, and application integration
- Support EA repository/API integration, including research, documentation, testing, and implementation of data exchange processes
- Support data exchange efforts involving ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise data repositories
- Analyze API documentation, validate payloads, support test plans, troubleshoot integration issues, and document repeatable integration processes.
- Present system designs for user approval during formal reviews.
- Perform configuration management activities and support software lifecycle maintenance, administration, and management
- Integrate software and interpret software test results
- Recommend corrective actions for unsatisfactory test results and software problem reports
- Support creation of documented, repeatable datasets for downstream reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, test evidence, and process documentation for Government review and acceptance
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience; seven or more years preferred
- Must possess a relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must possess experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management
- Must have experience with software integration, configuration management, system testing, and technical documentation
- Must have experience with API integration and testing, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, error handling, logging, and troubleshooting
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, including CMDB, ITSM, platform APIs, import sets, Integration Hub, or related data exchange work is highly preferred
- SAP interface or data-exchange experience is preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools or repositories is preferred; Celonis Process Management experience is highly desirable
- Experience supporting Federal or DoD IT environments is preferred
- Must hold an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 investigation at time of proposal submission.
