Senior Manager, Revenue Management Reporting Analytics

I. Job Summary Leads the team responsible for the standardization and centralization of all sales and pricing data, thereby enabling the organization to measure sales and pricing performance against goals. Ensures that progress against goals is tracked and reported to all constituents. Works with multiple key stakeholders, including sales and pricing managers and directors, as well as Tier leadership, to set goals and quotas. Determines and measures leading performance indicators and develops sales and pricing forecasts. Engages in budget and planning on behalf of the Revenue Management team and performs financial returns analyses on initiatives and/or existing sales and pricing process investments. This role acts as an influential, strategic thought leader in advancing the organization’s revenue intelligence capabilities, transforming traditional reporting into forward-looking insights that shape sales and pricing strategy, optimize profitability, and enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all sales and pricing reporting and business analytics Partners with sales and pricing leadership to determine metrics, goals/quotas, and leading performance indicators for all sales and pricing roles across the organization Responsible for the education and training of users on the principles and use of all reporting and business analytics Determines the structure and process by which data is gathered, analyzed, and distributed to stakeholders for reporting Ensures that the above metrics are reported accurately and consistently on a regular, recurring basis (weekly/ monthly) Liaises with Digital to ensure that the data from which the above metrics are derived is clean, consistent, and accurate Coordinates communication about project status to all levels in the organization Active participant on Sales and Pricing Councils and other internal teams as it relates to sales and pricing reporting, goals, and metrics Works with outside vendors and consultants to enhance data availability and incorporate such data into reporting, analytics, metrics, and goals Focus on continuous improvement of processes and the development of staff through individual performance and development plans Defines and leads the enterprise-wide vision for revenue insights across sales and pricing, aligning analytics to strategic business priorities and growth objectives Partners with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable insights, analytics frameworks, and decision-support tools Leads transformation of reporting infrastructure, introducing modern visualization tools, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities III.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Analytics or similar area of study. 7 plus years of previous experience. B.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree 5 or more years of experience in a sales, pricing, operations, or reporting and analytics function IV. This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus. V.
