Sales / Account Manager Job - iGaming - Remote in Asia

Location: Remote in asia (high preference Taiwan or Malaysia) About the Hiring Company: We are expanding across Asian markets and strengthening operator relationships. We are looking for an Asia-focused Sales / Account Manager to drive growth and manage key client accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships, managing accounts, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals in a fast-paced, international environment. Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Serve as primary contact for client concerns and needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Client Accounts and Records: Keep accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals. Stay on top of accounts, ensuring services are within budget and meet client needs. Internal Collaboration and Strategy: Work with sales and other teams to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve KPIs. Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and improvements. Business Development: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Communicate regularly with the sales team. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling. Reporting: Generate progress reports for clients and senior management. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs. The Successful Candidate: 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, in iGaming - Asian Market. Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (ideally native level) with business-level English. Based in Asia (preferably Taiwan), or open to relocation within Asia. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback. Proficiency with customer success and customer relationship management software.
